Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi invites applications for Empanelment of Contractors/service providers for Catering and Maintenance (including cleaning, housekeeping, sanitary & plumbing, carpentary and electrical) of Bank’s accommodation for visiting officers and staff at Rabindra Nagar and Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi.

Only those contractors who can fulfill the following Pre-Qualification Criteria and having office at Delhi/NCR will be considered.

i) Bank’s Visiting Officers’ flats (VOFs) at Rabindra Nagar, New Delhi

Estimated cost of work is Rs.20.00 lakh per annum.

Pre-Qualification criteria:

a) Minimum 5 years experience in the similar fields.

b) Should have carried out minimum one similar work continuously for 3 years from 01.07.2007 costing individually not less than 16.00 lakh each year.
OR
Should have carried out minimum two similar works continuously for 3 years from 01.07.2007 costing individually not less than 10.00 lakh each year.
OR
Should have carried out minimum three similar works continuously for 3 years from 01.07.2007 costing individually not less than 8.00 lakh each year.

c) Tenderers should have minimum annual turnover of Rs. 6.00 lakh during the last 3 years ending 30.03.2012 supported by audited or CA certified statement of accounts;

d) Tenderers should have applicable tax registrations (PAN, TIN, VAT, CST, etc.) supported by documentary evidence;

e) Should have their own office in Delhi/NCR;

f) Tendering firms/companies should have current account in scheduled banks

ii) Bank’s Visiting Officers’ flats, THHs, Trainees’ flats & Medical flats at at Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi

Estimated cost of work is Rs.60.00 lakh per annum.

Pre-Qualification criteria:

a) Minimum 5 years experience in the similar fields for which empanellemnt is desired.

b) Should have carried out minimum one similar work continuously for 3 years from 01.07.2007 costing individually not less than 48.00 lakh each year.
OR
Should have carried out minimum two similar works continuously for 3 years from 01.07.2007 costing individually not less than 30.00 lakh each year.
OR
Should have carried out minimum three similar works continuously for 3 years from 01.07.2007 costing individually not less than 24.00 lakh each year.

c) Tenderers should have minimum annual turnover of Rs. 18.00 lakh during the last 3 years ending 30.03.2012 supported by audited or CA certified statement of accounts;

d) Tenderers should have applicable tax registrations (PAN, TIN, VAT, CST, etc.) supported by documentary evidence;

e) Should have their own office in Delhi/NCR;

f) Tendering firms/companies should have current account in scheduled banks

The application forms can be obtained at free of cost from the office of Assistant General Manager, Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, 1st Floor, Main Office Building, 6, Sansad Marg, New Delhi-110001 on any working day between 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. from August 21, 2012 to September 10, 2012. Contractors intending to collect applications will have to satisfy the Bank by furnishing documentary evidence in support of their possessing required eligibility and in the event of their failure to do so, the Bank reserves the right to refuse issuance of application-forms.

Application Form can also be downloaded from the website http://www.rbi.org.in. In case of downloaded application form the complete detailed information / documentary proof of their being eligible for the work, will have to be submitted in a separate sealed cover addressed to Shri Chandan Sinha, Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, 1st Floor, Main Office Building, 6, Sansad Marg, New Delhi-110001. The Bank reserves the right to reject the application form which does not meet the eligibility criteria.

Duly completed applications in sealed covers super-scribing “Empanelment of contractors/service providers for Catering and Maintenance (including cleaning, housekeeping, sanitary & plumbing, carpentary and electrical) of Bank’s Visiting Officers’ flats at Rabindra Nagar / Visiting Officers’ Flats, THHs, Trainees’ flats & Medical flats at Sarojini Nagar, New Delhi ” should be submitted tothe above address, on or before September 25, 2012.

The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof
