The services and Infrastructure sector plays a pivotal role in the economic development of a country. Considering the increasing importance of this sector, the Reserve Bank of India has initiated a pilot survey to assess the business sentiments in services and infrastructure sector. The Reserve Bank of India has now launched the fifth pilot round of the Services & Infrastructure Outlook Survey (SIOS), which seeks assessment of the business situation for the current quarter (April-June 2015) from the services and infrastructure companies in India, and their perceptions for the ensuing quarter (July-September 2015). Companies in services and infrastructure sector are welcome to download the survey schedule from the Reserve Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in. The duly authenticated filled-in survey schedule may be e-mailed or faxed as per contact details given in the survey schedule.
