Reserve Bank of India, Bhubaneswar invites sealed tenders in two parts for Renovation (Khandolite Stone Work) of First Floor Lift Lobby Railing Area at Reserve Bank of India, Bhubaneswar. The work is estimated to cost ₹4,89,580/- (including GST) and is to be completed within 3 months from the tenth day of issue of Work order. 1. The EMD of ₹9,792/- shall be remitted to Bank Account of Reserve Bank of India, Bhubaneswar and the tenderers are advised to submit the proof of remittance with transaction number. The tenders and EMD for the above work shall be submitted in separate sealed covers addressed to the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Bhubaneswar so as to reach him not later than 14:00 Hrs. on December 30, 2024 (Monday). 2. The envelopes shall be super scribed “Renovation (Khandolite Stonework) of First Floor Lift Lobby Railing Area at Main Office Building, Reserve Bank of India, Bhubaneswar (Part I/Part II)”. Part I of the tenders will be opened on the same day at 15:00 hrs. 3. Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Bhubaneswar, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids without assigning any reasons and also reserves the right to relax any of the terms and conditions. Tenders only in the prescribed form shall be accepted; Part-I of the tender should contain the Bank's standard technical and commercial conditions, if any for the proposed work, tenderers' covering letter, and be sealed in one cover, super-scribing Part–I. The Part-II of the tender should contain only the price bid/bill of quantity in the prescribed format. Part I of the tenders will be opened at 15:00 Hrs. on December 30, 2024 in the presence of the authorized representative of the tenderers who choose to be present. 10. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any of the tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part of any tender.
