Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting - Polyurethane based Heavy Duty flooring, Wainscoting with MS Structural steel & repairing work in Security area in Basement at Reserve Bank of India- Chandigarh

Pre-bid meeting of the captioned tender was held at 11:00 AM on January 01, 2025 in Estate Department, RBI Chandigarh. The meeting was chaired by DGM, Estate Department. The list of participants of the said meeting is provided in Annex I.

2. Following queries were raised by the firm in the pre-bid meeting which were answered and resolved: -

2 M/s Ruprah Constructions Para 1.23 Special condition of Contract Point 25 Firm raised the query regarding Whether the work can be get done via themselves, As per Para 1.23 Special condition of Contract Point 25 and Section-III technical Specifications of the Polyurethane flooring, Work can be get done only through Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer of the Chemical/Flooring material. Contractor has to submit the authorisation letter of the applicator before commencement of the work on site from the manufacturer of the Chemical/Flooring. After completion of work Contractor has to submit the warranty Certificate in the prescribed format as per Annexure-III
3 M/s Ruprah Constructions Para 1.23 Special condition of Contract Point 15 and 27 Firm raised the query regarding Whether the work can be get done beyond Office Hours. Whether Separate Security Pass is required for the area As per Para 1.23 Special condition of Contract Point 15, 27 and Name of the work clearly mentions that “Work is to be done in security area. Necessary gate pass for the entry in the area, waiting time for the gate pass, opening of vault and security check need to be considered while quoting the rates.”

3. The meeting ended with the vote of thanks to the chair.

4. These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of bid document.

5. All other terms and conditions of the tender shall remain same.

6. The above clarification is issued for the information of all the intending bidders.

7. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments/clarifications given above.
