1. The Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati intends to prepare a panel of reputed tailoring firms for undertaking stitching work of uniforms/liveries for staff. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 3 lakhs. Tailoring firms having establishment in Guwahati and having minimum three years’ experience in the field, may apply in the prescribed format. The firms may collect the Application along with Part-I & Part-II, having all the details, from Reserve Bank of India, Human Resource Management Department, 4th Floor, Reserve Bank of India, Station Road, Panbazar, Guwahati – 781001, Assam. The application along with Part-I and Part-II can also be downloaded from the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in under ‘Tenders’ Column.

2. Tailoring firms intending to apply will have to satisfy the Bank by furnishing documentary evidence in support of their possessing required eligibility and in the event of their failure to do so, the Bank reserves the right to refuse empanelment. The empanelment of tailors will be valid for three years.

3. Duly completed application as per format in sealed envelope superscribed as ‘Application for Empanelment of Tailoring Firms for stitching work’ from eligible tailoring firms may be submitted to The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Human Resource Management Department, Station Road, Panbazar, Guwahati – 781001, Assam on or before 5:00 p.m. of Friday, October 14, 2016.

4. The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning reason thereof.
