The Reserve Bank of India, Issue Department Nagpur invites sealed tenders for engaging the services of license holder / reputed, experienced contractors for following services for a period of one year, for carrying out different type of work specified in the Tender Form.

1. Supply of vehicles with Closed Metal body Containers, Air Conditioned passenger vehicle, for transportation and delivery of Notes, Coins in Nagpur city and Nagpur District and Supply of labour on contract basis.

2. Supply of Closed Metal body Containers for delivery of Notes and Air Conditioned Passenger Vehicle in Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh.

3. Remittance of Coins through Closed Metal body Containers under Bank Guarantee in Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh.

4. Contract for disposal of Currency Briquettes and Other Unserviceable Items (for 3 years).

The application form along with general terms and conditions can be obtained from the Deputy General Manager, Issued Department, Reserve Bank of India, Nagpur on or before March 8, 2017 by 3.00 PM against a payment of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) in cash or by demand draft payable to Reserve Bank of India, Nagpur.

The duly filled tender forms (Part I & Part II) in separate sealed envelope, may be addressed to the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Issue Department, Main Office Building, Dr. Raghvendra Rao Road, Nagpur – 440001 so as to reach on or before March 9, 2017 by 3.00 PM. Tenders to be dropped in the box provided for the purpose placed at Mezzanine Floor, Issue Department, Main Office Building. Tenders sent through post/courier will not be entertained.
