1.1 Name of the work: Engagement of firefighting personnel at Reserve Bank of India Jammu. The estimated cost of the work is 20 Lakh. 1.1.1 Eligibility criteria: Sealed tenders in two parts Part I (Techno –commercial Bid) and Part II (Financial Bid) are invited in the prescribed format by the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Jammu, from reputed contractor/ firms/agencies/companies(tenderer) for deployment of trained fire safety personnel i.e. Fire Supervisor/Leading Fireman and Firemen, for providing fire safety services at the Bank’s Main Office Premises. (a) Only those reputed contractor /firms/agencies/companies/agency (tenderer) who have experience of minimum 5 years (from the date of publishing the tender notice) in the field of undertaking similar works i.e. engagement of firefighting personnel or deal in firefighting services (wet riser system) in government/public sector under- takings/ Banks/ MNCs shall be considered eligible for tendering for the work noted in para 1.1 above. (b) Only those distributers/authorized dealers/firms (tenderer) who have successfully executed and completed, during last 5 years (form the date of publishing the tender notice), similar works (refer para 1.1.1.a) individually costing as under shall be considered eligible for tendering for the work noted in para 1.1 above: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 8 Lakh shall be considered as "eligible" works. OR (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 10 Lakh shall be considered as "eligible" works. Or OR (iii) One similar work costing not less than 16 Lakh shall be considered as "eligible" work. (c) Only those distributers/authorized dealers/firms/agency(tenderer) who have a minimum yearly turnover of 20 Lakh during last 3 years shall be considered eligible for tendering for the work noted in para 1 above. (d) Only those distributers/authorized dealers/firms who have a service set up in Jammu for rendering after sales service shall be considered eligible for tendering for the work noted in para 1 above. (e) The firm should have latest Certificate from ESI Organization (f) The firm should have latest Certificate from EPF Organization (g) The firm should have registered with appropriate authority for work contract tax (WCT) in services of J&K State.
