Only those firms who have experience of minimum 5 years (from the date of publishing the tender notice) in the field of undertaking similar works i.e. Digital Conferencing system in commercial places shall be considered eligible for tendering for the work. -
Only those distributers/authorized dealers/firms who have successfully executed and completed, during last 5 years (form the date of publishing the tender notice), other similar works individually costing as under shall be considered eligible.
a) Three similar works each costing not less than 11.4 Lakh shall be considered as "eligible" works.
OR
b) Two similar works each costing not less than 14.25 Lakh shall be considered as "eligible" works.
OR
c) One similar work costing not less than 22.8 Lakh shall be considered as "eligible" work. - Only those distributers/authorized dealers/firms who have a minimum yearly turnover of 28.50 Lakh during last 3 completed financial years shall be considered eligible for tendering for the work
