Corrigendum Sealed competitive tenders in two parts addressed to the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram - 695033 are invited from Companies/Firms/ Agencies for housekeeping and maintenance works in the Bank’s properties located at Thiruvananthapuram viz., Main Office Building, Bakery Junction, Reserve Bank Officers’ Quarters, Kowdiar (Belhaven) and Reserve Bank Staff Quarters at Thrivikramangalam, Plamoodu and Nanthencode. The work is estimated to cost Rs.25.00 lakh. Tender forms, along with the general instructions, eligibility criteria, specifications and detailed scope of work can be collected from Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram – 695033 from November 18, 2017 to December 8, 2017 (on all working days between 10:00 hrs and 16:00 hrs) on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000/- {(Rupees One Thousand only) (inclusive of GST)} either in cash or by demand draft favouring Reserve Bank of India payable at Thiruvananthapuram. The tender documents can also be downloaded from the website of the Bank at www.rbi.org.in, under the source “Tenders”. Those who submit tender documents downloaded from the Bank’s website shall remit the fee by attaching a demand draft for Rs.1,000/- (inclusive of GST) issued by a scheduled commercial bank favouring Reserve Bank of India and payable at Thiruvananthapuram, along with Part-I of the tender document.
