Reserve Bank of India, Patna intends to prepare a panel of vendors for lifting of briquettes of shredded currency and disposal of wooden and steel boxes, steel scrap/strap and used hydraulic oil. The panel will be valid for three years from the day of empanelment.

Application form can be obtained from the Deputy General Manager, Issue Department, Reserve Bank of India, South Gandhi Maidan, Patna – 8000001, from February 8, 2018 during office working hours from 10.00 A.M. to 5.00 P.M up to February 28, 2018 or may be downloaded from the RBI website (www.rbi.org.in under the menu “Tenders”). Last date for downloading of application form is February 28, 2018.

Duly completed application forms super-scribed “Application for empanelment of vendors for lifting of briquettes of shredded currency and disposal of wooden and steel boxes, steel scrap/strap and used hydraulic oil” may be submitted in sealed covers to the Regional Director for Bihar, Reserve Bank of India, South Gandhi Maidan, Patna – 800 001 not later than 5:00 PM on March 05, 2018.

The Bank is not bound to accept the highest or any other tender and reserves the right to reject any or all application/quotation without assigning any reason there for.
