TENDER No. KAN/P&S/044/SG-2018-21, TENDER No. KAN/P&S/046/FS-2018-21 & TENDER No. KAN/P&S/047/SD-2018-21 In connection with the captioned tender a pre bid meeting was held at 11:00 AM on April 10, 2018 in Conference Hall, Kanpur. Meeting was chaired by Shri Vishwa Mohan, DGM, HRMD. A list of participants is given in Annexure 1. 2. At the outset of the meeting Major Amit Kumar Singh, AM (Security) gave a brief to participant bidders about the purpose of the meeting. He stated that the purpose of the meeting was to give an opportunity to the prospective bidders to clarify any doubts/ queries regarding the whole tender process including the bidding documents. “The Bank may consider providing accommodation for the dogs and their handlers at its sole discretion but the Agency will not have any right in this regard.” | 3. The prospective bidders present were informed that three separate Tender-boxes are kept under the surveillance of CCTV cameras in the Enquiry Counter (ISS Cabin) at the Main gate. Tenders should be deposited in their respective boxes only as all the three tenders will be opened on different dates. The Bank will not be responsible in case tender is being dropped in wrong tender box by the prospective bidder. 4. Major Amit, AM Security, advised to all the bidders to attach necessary documents and certificates in legible handwriting and fine-prints. Illegible copies/prints of documents shall not be considered. Also, if a representative is attending the technical or Financial bid on behalf of the bidder, he must be carrying an authorization letter by the agency along with a valid ID-proof. 5. All the prospective bidders were advised that the client/ performance certificate should be filled and duly verified only by their clients and not by themselves. 6. It was also mentioned that the pre-bid meeting was not mandatory and those prospective bidder who did not attend the pre-bid meeting were also free to submit their bids. The participants were informed that the Minutes of the pre-bid meeting will be published on Bank’s website. 7. There being no other issues the meeting ended at 11:45AM.
