Reserve Bank of India, Chennai invites sealed tenders/applications from reputed and experienced Chennai based Car Hiring Agencies/Companies for Empanelment by the Bank for providing vehicles for the use of its officers and authorized person on as and when required basis. The tender form/application with all the detailed terms and conditions will be available in the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in. under the head “Tender Section” w.e.f. April 17, 2018 (Tuesday). The cover containing filled in forms/applications (as applicable) superscribed as “Tender for Empanelment of Car Hiring Agencies/Companies – RBI, Chennai” by firms shall be dropped in the Tender Box kept at II Floor, Human Resource Management Department, Reserve Bank of India, No.16, Rajaji Salai, Fort Glacis, Chennai – 600001 till 03:00 PM of May 09, 2018 (Wednesday). Tenders received after the said date and time will not be accepted. The Bank reserves its right to accept or reject any or all of the offers without assigning any reason thereof.
