Applications are invited from Bhubaneswar based firms/companies/agencies for inclusion in the Bank’s panel of suppliers/printers, which will remain operational for a period of three years (July, 2018 – June, 2021), subject to their satisfactory performance. The Suppliers/Printers who are currently empanelled or those who have applied earlier but could not get empanelled, may also apply afresh for re-empanelment.

Separate Applications should be made in respect of

1. Office Stationery Suppliers

2. Rubber Stamps suppliers

3. Printers of Forms, Registers, Envelopes, Banners etc.

4. Computer consumables like CD/DVD, pen drives etc. Suppliers

5. Cleaning materials Suppliers

The Bank invites applications (in prescribed format) from Firms/Companies/Agencies who are interested for inclusion in this panel and agree to the Bank’s terms and conditions in this regard. Firms/Companies/Agencies empanelled with Government/Semi-Government Undertaking/s or any other major institution/s or with a minimum experience of 3 years in supplying items of similar nature may also apply. Duly completed applications in the prescribed format, along with necessary enclosures, in a sealed envelope, super-scribed “APPLICATION FOR EMPANELMENT OF SUPPLIERS/PRINTERS (PANEL YEAR 2018-2021)” should be dropped in the tender box kept for this purpose at 2nd Floor, HRMD (CRDS) latest by 3.00 PM on Friday, May 11, 2018. The Bank reserves the right to accept any or reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons.
