Contractors may apply in prescribed quotation forms available with the General Manager, Issue Department, Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai Regional Office, Ground Floor, Shahid Bhagat Singh Marg, Fort, Mumbai 400 001. The quotation, quoting the amount (excluding GST – if applicable) for carrying out the work, may be submitted in sealed envelope only super scribing “Quotation for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for Note Counting Machines for the period from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019” addressed to the General Manager, Issue Department, Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai Regional Office, Ground Floor, Shahid Bhagat Singh Marg, Fort, Mumbai – 400 001 so as to reach him not later than 11 a.m. June 26, 2018. Quotation received after 11:00 A.M. on June 26, 2018 will not be accepted. Quotations will be opened on the same day, June 26, 2018 at 3:00 P.M. in the chamber of the General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Issue Department, Mumbai Regional Office, Ground Floor, Mumbai - 400001.
