The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi invites electronic, digitally signed and encrypted e-Tender under two bid system (technical bid and price bid) for “Disposal of Shredded currency note briquettes/shreds”. The period of contract will be initially for one year, i.e. from April 01, 2019 to March 31, 2020 and extendable for 2 more years (for one year at once) on satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. The e-Tender along with the detailed tender notice and general instructions is available at MSTC site https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi and the website of the RBI at https://www.rbi.org.in under the menu “Tenders”.

2. All interested bidders must register themselves with MSTC through the above referred website to participate in the e-Tendering process.

3. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 12.34 lakhs per annum (approx.), however the actual amount may vary.

5. The Part-II i.e. price bid will be opened in respect of only those contractors/bidders who satisfies all criteria stipulated in Part-I on the same day or at later late as intimated by the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all e-Tenders without assigning any reasons therefor.
