Please refer to the Request for Proposals (RFP) invited to development, implementation and maintenance of Integrated Compliance Management and Tracking System (ICMTS) released on January 21, 2019  on the MSTC e-tendering site (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi/) and RBI website.

2. In this context, it has been decided to extend the last date of submission of tender documents up to 15:00 Hrs IST on February 28, 2019. The date and time of Technical Bid Opening is February 28, 2019 15:30 Hrs IST.

3. All other terms and conditions of the RFP as hosted on MSTC e-tendering portal shall remain unchanged.

4. Bidders who have already submitted their bid /tender pursuant to the Tender Notice dated February 14, 2019 need not submit again.
