The contractors were informed that all terms and conditions including date and time for submission of tender remains the same. The contractors were also informed that the specifications mentioned in the ‘Bill of Quantities’, list of approved makes etc as mentioned in the tender are to be meticulously followed while executing the work. The contractors were also advised to send proof of remittance of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) by e-mail, before the due date and time. After the Pre-Bid meeting, the intending tenderers who attended the Pre-Bid meeting also visited the site and got acquainted themselves with the site conditions. | |
