Corrigendum {E-Tender Notice – RBI/New Delhi/HRMD/55/18-19/ET/406} Minutes of Pre Bid Meeting on the captioned tender was held on June 12, 2019 at 3 pm at HRMD, New Delhi. Following queries were raised in the meeting:- | S.No. | Queries | Clarification given | | 1. | The query raised by prospective bidders was that in eligibility criteria, it is mentioned that applicant firms should have more than 15 skilled staff qualified in Group II of IPCC. However, sometimes CAs pass Group II first and then appear for Group I. In view of this, the eligibility criteria for skilled staff should mention that firm should be to have more than 15 skilled staff who have qualified both the groups of IPCC. | It was clarified that staff who has qualified both the groups will be treated as Skilled staff and staff having qualified in one group will be considered as Semi-skilled. It was agreed that a corrigendum in this regard will be issued and uploaded. | | 2 | Another query raised was in r/o date of constitution of the firm. Whether the period will be calculated on the date of tender i.e. 06.06.2019 or on the date of applying for tender. | It was clarified that the date of constitution of the firm will be taken on the date of tender i.e. 06.06.2019. | | 3 | There was a query regarding the experience of the firm/branch. A Firm having two or more branches having experience of 4 years in both the branches will be considered eight years or 4 years The period of experience will be considered for branch or firm as a whole. | It was clarified that the experience of the firm will be considered from the date of constitution of the firm and not the branches which were constituted in due course. | | |
