The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati invites electronic, digitally signed and encrypted e-tenders under two bid system (technical bid and price bid) from reputed and experienced Transport Contractors (with at least 5 years’ experience) for supply of fully covered container trucks/vehicles (height less than 11 feet and length less than 22 feet) of minimum storing capacity of 50 note boxes of average size being approximately 82*71*32 cm weighing approx. 115 kgs having metallic body of sufficient thickness preferably bullet / tamper proof with secure tamper proof double locking arrangements, enabled with Global Positioning System (GPS) for the transportation of banknotes, packed in boxes, in North Eastern States. The period of contract will be initially for nine months i.e. from July 01, 2022 to March 31, 2023 and extendable for two (02) more years on satisfactory performance and mutual agreement.
