E-Tender No.- RBI/Hyderabad/Estate/260/22-23/ET/388 E-tenders were invited for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 4 nos.16.5 TR (minimum) ductable air-conditioners for CVPS proposed location at Banking Hall, MOB, RBI, Hyderabad after publishing the NIT in MSTC Portal, on the Bank’s website on November 04, 2022. As per the schedule, pre-bid meeting was conducted at 11.00 am on November 11, 2022 in the Meeting Room of 1st floor Main Office Building, RBI, Hyderabad. 2. Representatives from two firms participated in the pre-bid meeting. All the major terms and conditions were explained to the firms in detail. 3. The queries were raised by the representatives of the firms and the same were clarified during the meeting. All the doubts raised by the participants during the meeting were clarified upto their satisfaction. 4. All the participants were advised to stamp and sign all the pages of the tender document and relevant supporting documents before uploading on MSTC Portal. The rates to be quoted in MSTC portal for part II should be inclusive of GST. Further, for serial No 15 of part II, the CAMC amount should be for 1 unit for 1 year only. 5. It was further advised that, payment terms should be strictly adhered to as per the tender document. 6. Some other points discussed / clarified during the meeting were as under: -
Floor mounted spilt type ductable Air-Conditioners (AC) or package Air-Conditioners shall be accepted with a minimum capacity of 16.5TR each or of higher capacity. -
Approved makes of grills and diffusers are: Air Master, Carryair, System Air and Cosmos. -
Nitrile rubber tubular insulation for refrigerant piping either of 12 mm thickness or of higher dimensions shall be acceptable. -
Ductable drawing is required to be prepared and furnished by the successful bidder within a week after issuance of work order. -
Out of 4 Air-Conditioner units installed, one unit is to be working as standby as mentioned in the tender. -
Minor civil works related to installation has to be taken care by the successful bidder. 7. All the above points were noted by the firms. 8. AGM (Tech-Electrical) concluded the meeting with vote of thanks and the vendors were invited to visit the site. Please note: (i) This document (minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting) shall form a part of the tender. (ii) Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain the same. (iii) The above amendments/ clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders. (iv) The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments/ clarifications given above.
