Corrigendum dated October 26, 2023 Corrigendum dated October 17, 2023 e-Tender No: RBI/Bhubaneswar Regional Office/Estate/5/23-24/ET/44 The Pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-tender was held on October 05, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the VC Room, 2nd floor, RBI, Bhubaneswar, to discuss some clauses of the tender and to clarify queries, if any, raised by the interested vendors/ bidders. Discussions were held among the representatives of the Bank and the Vendor, clarifications arrived thereof are tabulated below: | S.N. | Subject matter of the discussion/ Queries raised by the interested bidders | Clarification provided by the Bank | | 1. | If a bidder doesn’t have a minimum yearly turnover of 100% of the estimated cost during the last 3 years (2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23) whether he/she is eligible for the tender? | No. As per the para 3 of the Notice Inviting e-Tender of the Tender Document, the bidders should have a minimum yearly turnover of 100% of the estimated cost during the last 3 years (2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23) to be eligible for tender. | 3. Further, bidders were advised to carefully undertake the bidding on the MSTC (version 3) and ensure that they are registered on the MSTC Portal (version 3)/ Website. Bidders were asked to coordinate with MSTC Support Persons and Estate Department Officials if they face any issue while undertaking the bidding for the captioned e-Tender. 4. All the above-mentioned points were noted and agreed by the representative of the firms: -
These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of Bid document/ Agreement. -
Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the Bid document shall continue to remain same. -
The above clarifications are issued for the information for all the intending bidders. -
