Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting

1. Point No. 39 at page 21 of part I of the tender mentions that “Cost of hourly live streaming of 80 dedicated unit LAN may be quoted in the format for financial bid.” It is clarified that the same refers to the bandwidth of 80MBps of the internet connection required.

2. As the exact quantities which will be required at the time of meeting are uncertain at present, the bidders may submit a detailed breakup with specifications of each and every item for which they have quoted. After the Part I of the Tender is opened, all the bidders found eligible for opening part II will be informed that they are selected. They may upload the breakup in the MSTC site. If the same is not accepted in the MSTC site, the breakup may by submitted in hard copy in a sealed cover.

3. As pointed out that in para 1 of page 20 of the Tender, it is reiterated that the list mentioned therein is indicative and not exhaustive. The scope of the work has been explained in the paragraph. The exact quantities which will be required at the time of the event may vary, the bidders may submit a detailed breakup with specifications of each and every item which is required to be supplied. The event is related with the Board of Governors meeting and the Conference of the Central Banks South East Asian Nations. The participants have been explained about the sensitivity and stature of the event. The same has been clarified in the scope of work. The items indicated in the scope of work of the tender document is indicative and not exhaustive. The companies who will quote for this tender have been advised to quote the probable goods and services commensurate with the event with detailed specifications. If this format is not technically compatible for uploading at MSTC site then the same may be submitted in a sealed cover at the International Department, RBI, Central Office. The financial quote as per MSTCs format may also be uploaded at the MSTC portal to comply with technical requirements.

4. The payment schedule will be discussed and agreed upon during the signing of agreement after the L1 Tenderer is identified.
