Extension of Last date for Submission

Reserve Bank of India, Bhubaneswar (hereinafter referred to as ‘Bank’) intends to prepare a panel of suppliers / stockists / chemists (hereinafter referred to as ‘Chemists’) for supply of medicines to the Bank’s four dispensaries in Bhubaneswar. The panel is expected to remain operational for a period of three years from April 01, 2024 to March 31, 2027 subject to annual reviews of satisfactory performance.

The Bank invites applications from such Chemists who fulfil the eligibility criteria and agree to the terms and conditions mentioned in the ‘Request for Empanelment’ (RFE) document such applicants may apply in the prescribed form in Annex 1 to The Regional Director, HRMD, Central Establishment Section, Reserve Bank of India, Bhubaneswar-751001. Duly completed application along with the necessary enclosures, in a sealed envelope, may be dropped in the Tender box kept at the above location/address for the purpose, latest by 03:00 p.m. on December 11, 2023. The Bank reserves the right to accept any or reject any or all of the applications received without assigning any reason thereof.

Detailed terms and conditions and the ‘Request for Empanelment’ (RFE) document are available in the ‘Tender‘ Section of the Reserve Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in or the same can also be obtained from 2nd Floor, HRMD (CES), Reserve Bank of India, Bhubaneswar from the date of advertisement and till December 07, 2023 on any working day from 10:00 am to 05:00 pm.
