It is hereby notified that the Reserve Bank of India (the Bank), in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration No.A.01.00400 dated September 27, 2007 issued to “Ceejay Finance Limited” (CIN No. L65910GJ1993PLC019090) having its registered office at C. J. House, Mota Pore, Nadiad, Gujarat–378 001 as Deposit Taking Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC-D). The company is now eligible only to operate as a Non-Deposit Taking Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC-ND).

As such, the company cannot accept public deposits as defined in Para 2 (xii) of the Non-Banking Financial Companies Acceptance of Public Deposits (Reserve Bank) Directions, 1998.
