In order to improve the quality of service available
to customers in branches, it would be useful if the address and telephone number
of the branch are mentioned on the passbooks/statements of account.
2. Banks are, therefore, advised to ensure that
full address and telephone number of the branch are invariably mentioned in
the passbooks/ statements of account issued to accountholders.
3. Please acknowledge receipt to our Regional
Office concerned.
