Reserve Bank of India, Bengaluru Office invites sealed applications for Empanelment of Contractors for supply & procurement of various works/ services/ articles/ miscellaneous items for the Bank's Main Office Premises and residential buildings/ colonies at various locations in Bengaluru for the period of 3 years. 2. Interested applicants may download Application Form from the Bank’s website at ‘www.rbi.org.in’ under the link ‘Tenders’ in ‘Empanelment of Contractors for various Works & Services at RBI, Bengaluru’ or collect Application Form from the Office of General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, 10/3/8, Nrupathunga Road, Bengaluru - 560001 on any working day from October 24, 2025 to November 24, 2025 (11:00 AM to 05:00 PM) 3. Applicants must submit the duly filled Application Form along with requisite documents in a sealed cover with superscription “Empanelment 2026-2029 - RBI, Estate Department, Bengaluru” to the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, 10/3/8, Nrupathunga Road, Bengaluru - 560001. The last date for submission of application is November 24, 2025 (by 05:00 PM). 4. During scrutiny, if any of the applicant is found not to possess the required pre-qualification or to have submitted false/ incorrect information, the related application will be liable for rejection. Applications of only those applicants who fulfill the specified Pre-Qualification Criteria and submit the required documents shall be processed further. 5. The panel shall remain valid for 3 (three) years from the date of coming into existence subject to periodical review of performance as specified. 6. Contractors already empaneled by Reserve Bank of India, Bengaluru Office shall also submit their application for the current empanelment. 7.
