Tender forms in two part will be downloaded from www.rbi.org.in from September 26, 2018 to October 19, 2018 upto 15:00 Hrs on all days. The duly filled in tender documents should reach in Bank’s Office at Estate Cell Byculla, Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai by 16:00 Hrs on October 19, 2018. 5. Tender (Part I & Part II) in prescribed form shall be submitted. Part-I of the tender will contain the Bank's standard technical and commercial conditions for the proposed work, tenderers' covering letter, tenderer’s additional conditions, if any and be sealed in one cover, superscribing "Part – I Energy Audit for Bank's Office Building at Byculla RBI”. 6. Part II tender will contain no conditions but tenderer's priced bid only and be sealed in a separate cover, super scribing "Part – II Energy Audit for Bank's Office Building at Byculla RBI”. Both these sealed covers will further be sealed in another envelope addressed by name to Dr. S. Rajagopal, Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Cell Byculla will be received by up to 16:00 Hrs on October 19, 2018 in the manner described in the tender form. Tenders received after the due date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances. 7. Part I of the tenders will be opened at 16.30 Hrs on October 19, 2018 in the presence of the authorized representative of the tenderers who choose to be present.
