Minutes of Pre Bid Meeting

Reserve Bank of India, Ahmedabad invites sealed tender from eligible contractor/firms for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of air cooled package AC units and allied HVAC ducting works at Bank’s Main Office Building in Ahmedabad. Tender forms can be downloaded from the “Tender” section of the Bank’s website https://www.rbi.org.in.

2. Last date for submission of completed tender (For Part I and II separately) is December 21, 2018 up to 2.00 pm and will be opened on the same day at 3.00 pm. The estimated cost of the work is ₹5.75 lakhs (Rupees Five lakhs Seventy Five Thousand only) inclusive of all taxes.

3. The Bank reserves the right to accept any or reject any or all of the tenders without assigning any reason.
