Minutes of Pre-bid meeting The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Bhubaneswar (hereinafter called “the Bank”), invites E-tenders under Two-Bid system (Technical & Financial Bid) for “Supply of labour and transport for movement of currency note boxes/coin bags within Odisha” from reputed, capable and experienced Transport and Labour contractors (with at least 5 years experience for Transport contract and 3 years for Labour contract). The contractors should be holding proper and valid license for the purpose of supplying Container Trucks (with metal body of sufficient thickness and tamper-proof locking arrangements and GPS enabled trucks having loading capacity of 9 tonnes with doors and locking arrangements) for transportation of (1) notes/coins from/to RBI Office to/from currency chests//Bank branches at various locations in Orissa and to/from Government of India Presses and other offices of the Reserve Bank of India etc. by road, as may be required by the Bank and (2) supply of Mazdoors for carrying out different items of work specified in the schedule. 2. The detailed information regarding above e-tender/s will be available at MSTC website https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi. The details of eligibility criteria and the detailed notice inviting tender are also available on the corporate website of the Bank at https://www.rbi.org.in. The tendering would be done through the e-tendering portal of M/s MSTC Ltd (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi). All interested bidders must register themselves with M/s MSTC Ltd through the above referred website to participate in the e-tendering process. 3. The last date for submission of online bids is February 28, 2019 upto 12.30 PM and Part-I of the tender will be opened on the same day at 3.00 PM. The Part II i.e. price bids will be opened in respect of only those contractors/bidders who satisfy all criteria stipulated in Part I. 4.
