Reserve Bank of India invites e-Tender for Providing and fixing Carcasses below the kitchen platform in Class III flats at Subhash Bridge Staff Quarters, Ahmedabad. 2. The tendering would be done through the e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd (https://mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi). 3. The estimated cost of the work is ₹38.26 lakh (₹ Thirty Eight lakhs and Twenty Six Thousands only) inclusive of all taxes. 4. Eligibility Criteria for the tenderers:- (a) Only those tenderers who fulfil the below mentioned Eligibility Criteria will be eligible for the tendering process of the captioned work. | (i) | Duration of Past experience | • Should have minimum 5 years of experience of executing similar works, during last five years ending January 2019.
• Applicant should furnish their Client list with details of work carried out by them during the last 5 years.
• The applicant should submit documentary evidence in support of minimum experience of 5 years. | | (ii) | Minimum Value of each completed work | • Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 5 years ending from preceding month of invitation of this tender. (from February 2014 to January 2019)
Successfully completed similar works during last 5 years as under :
(a) Three works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost i.e. ₹15,30,400/-
Or
(b) Two Similar completed works each costing not less than amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost i.e. ₹19,13,000/-
Or
(c) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost i.e. ₹ 30,60,800/- | | (iii) | Yearly Turnover | a) Minimum yearly turnover of 100% of estimated cost i.e.₹38.26 lakh or more during last three financial years ending ending 31st March if the completion period for the proposed work is upto 1 year and it is supported by audited financial statement.
b) Minimum yearly turnover of 50% of estimated cost i.e. ₹19,13,000/- or more during the last three financial years ending 31st March if completion for the proposed work is more than 1 year and upto 2 years.
c) Minimum yearly turnover of 30% of estimated cost i.e. ₹11,47,800/- or more during the last three financial years ending 31st March if the completion period of proposed work is more than 2 years. | | (iv) | Solvency | • Should furnish solvency certificate issued by the Applicant’s banker, for an amount equal to upper band of the range if the estimated cost ranges between a lower band and an upper band / estimated cost of the work. | | (v) | Service Setup | • Full-fledged service setup should be available in Ahmedabad for rendering after sales service. | (b) The tenderers shall be required to furnish the following Pre- Qualification documents while submitting Part- I of the tender on MSTC portal to satisfy the Bank about their eligibility for participating in the tendering process: | Sr No. | Particular | | 1. | Copies of detailed work order indicating scope and value of works. | | 2. | Completion certificate for the qualifying works. | | 3. | List of completed works during last 5 years with all details. | | 4. | Certified Financial statement for turnover for last 3 years | | 5. | Furnish solvency certificate issued by the Applicant’s Banker for the amount equal to the estimated cost of the work. | A Tender not satisfying the above criteria or without documents indicated above will be rejected. 5.
