Reserve Bank of India, Thiruvananthapuram invites sealed applications from firms of architects for their empanelment, for planning, designing, supervising the execution etc. of various works estimated to cost up to Rs.50 Lakh, in the Bank’s premises. The empanelment will remain in force for the period 2019-2022. The applicants fulfilling the following pre-qualification criteria can collect the application forms from Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, Thiruvananthapuram, by furnishing documentary evidence in support of their possessing required eligibility and in the event of their failure to do so, the Bank reserves the right to refuse to issue the application forms. The Pre-qualification criteria for empanelment of Architects is detailed below: | 1 | Duration of past experience | Minimum 5 (five) years in the field of architectural / interior designing works (during last 5 years ending March 31, 2019) | | 2 | Number of minimum works of similar nature executed | Minimum 3 (three) works of architectural / interior designing of similar nature during last 5 (five) years | | 3 | Minimum cost of each completed eligible work | One work of architectural/interior designing of similar nature individually costing not less than Rs.40 Lakh

Three works of architectural/interior designing of similar nature individually costing not less than Rs.20 Lakh | | 4 | Membership | Should be a member of the Council of Architecture, India with valid registration (copy to be submitted) | The applications forms will be issued free of cost from the Office of the Assistant General Manager, Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, Bakery Junction, Thiruvananthapuram – 695 033 from April 24, 2019 to May 23, 2019 on all working days between 11.00 hrs and 16.00 hrs. Application forms are also downloadable from the corporate website of the Bank at www.rbi.org.in under the link ‘Tenders’. In case of downloaded applications, complete details along with documentary proof of their being eligible for empanelment will have to be submitted in a separate sealed cover, superscribing “Pre-qualification criteria-Empanelment of Architects” to The Regional Director, Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, Bakery Junction Thiruvananthapuram, Pin code - 695033. Application forms duly filled in and enclosed in a sealed cover superscribing “Empanelment of Architects 2019-2022-Estate Department” should be submitted to the above address on or before 16.00 hrs on June 7, 2019. Architects already empanelled are also required to submit applications afresh. The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof.
