Minutes of Pre-bid Meeting Reserve Bank of India, Ahmedabad Regional Office (hereinafter called “the Bank”), invites tenders under Two – Bid system (Technical & Financial Bid) for the Empanelment of Office Stationery & Rubber Stamp suppliers, Printer Cartridge Suppliers (other than HP make) and Printers of Forms, Registers, Envelopes, etc. for the Panel Years 2019-2022. The applicant i.e. firms/companies/agencies/ Manufacturers/their authorised agents/distributors interested for inclusion in the Bank’s panel of suppliers/printers should be Ahmedabad based. Duly completed applications, in the prescribed format along with necessary enclosures, should be submitted in sealed cover (separate cover for Technical and Financial Bid) latest by 12.00 noon on June 11, 2019 by dropping in the drop box kept in Human Resource Management Department, 4th Floor, Reserve Bank of India, Main Office Building, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad -380014.
