Pre-bid meeting for hiring of security guards for guarding the office premises at Imphal was held on July 15, 2019 at 1400 hours in the Conference Room of Reserve Bank of India, Imphal. The meeting was chaired by Mary L Tangpua, GM-OIC and attended by representatives of four security agencies (list of participants in the Annexure). Queries from the various security agencies were clarified during the meeting which are as under: | SN | Query | Reply | | 1 | Whether all the documents/ Annexures are to be submitted in the Agency’s letterhead. | It was clarified that only those Annexure/ Format which specifically mentions that it has to be given in the tenderer’s letterhead such as “Undertaking” in page 19 of the NIT may be submitted in the Agency’s letterhead. It was also informed that all the pages submitted (including annexure and enclosures) should be duly signed and stamped by the tenderer. | | 2 | Can the Clients Report be submitted in another format? | The Agency was informed that the format provided in the NIT may be used for submission. | | 3 | Is Digital Certificate compulsory for the tender? | It was clarified that Class III Signing type Digital Certificate is required for accessing MSTC portal. | | 4 | Whether EMD can be paid through Demand Draft? | The Agency may make payment electronically to the account number provided in Sl No. 1.3, Part 1 of Section III of the NIT. | The meeting concluded with vote of thanks to the Chair.
