The online Pre-Bid meeting for the captioned tender was held on July 26, 2021 at 11.00 A.M through Cisco We-Bex platform. No 14 in Plumbing and Sanitary works, whether CPVC or GI pipe are to be considered | It is clarified that the item needs to be read as CPVC Pipe only. | | 2. | Query was raised regarding Water proofing guarantee to be submitted by the contractor. | It was informed that the contractor has to submit irrevocable water proofing performance Bank Guarantee (WPBG) for 5% of the contract amount, valid for 5 years from the date of virtual completion for successful performance of waterproofing treatment done in toilets, bathrooms and kitchens as per Bank’s standard proforma at Annexure III.
