In this context, it has been decided to remove the Solvency Margin as an eligibility criterion for Public Sector General Insurance Companies participating in the bidding process as per directions issued by the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India vide Office Memorandum F No.-EG-14017/64/2020-Insll dated July 02, 2022. 3.
