Online Tenders in two parts through E-Tendering process are invited from the contractors empanelled in Trade No: 15 - Development and maintenance of horticulture/ landscaping/ gardening under Category 5 & 6 i.e., works costing above ₹10.00 lakh up to ₹25.00 lakh and works costing above ₹25.00 lakh up to ₹50.00 lakh for awarding Annual Maintenance Contract for providing Gardening, horticulture & Landscaping Services at Main Office Premises, Reserve Bank of India, Dehradun from the date of award of tender to March 31, 2025. The work is estimated to cost approx. ₹11,84,000/- for 12 months including all taxes. 2. Online tenders will be available for viewing/ downloading to all the eligible bidders from 03:00 PM on July 18, 2024. 3. The Bidders who do not submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) along with technical bid will not be considered for opening of tender. The EMD paid by NEFT (with proof) shall be submitted through email – estatedehradun@rbi.org.in to reach us latest by 02:30 PM on August 08, 2024. 4. A Pre-bid meeting (off-line mode) of the intending Bidders will be held on July 25, 2024 at 01:00 PM at Reserve Bank of India, Plot No. 16-17, IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun. 5. All the documents mentioned in the tender document should be uploaded on MSTC site. The same will be downloaded for evaluation by the Bank. 6. After evaluation, if any of the Bidder is found to be in non-compliance with any of the tender conditions, their bids tenders may be rejected by the Bank. 7. Part-I & II of the tenders will be opened on-line at 03:15 PM on August 08, 2024 in the presence of the authorized representative of the Bidders who choose to be present at the time of opening. 8. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender. The Bank also reserves the right to reject all the tenders without assigning any reason there for. 9.
