Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Jammu intends to prepare a panel of reputed vendors/contractors for supply of Issue Department Store items such as Steel Strapping Rolls, Nails, Tin Seals, Rubber Rings, Mask, Paper banding rolls for CVPS and other items as mentioned in the Annex - IV to the tender, for its office at Jammu.

The panel is expected to remain operational from September 01, 2024 to March 31, 2025 and extendable up to two more years at the discretion of Bank subject to satisfactory performance of the empanelled suppliers.

The suppliers intending to empanel for above work may apply in a closed cover addressed to the Deputy General Manager, Issue Department, Reserve Bank of India, Jammu by giving details of their entity and supporting documents so as to reach us on or before July 26, 2024 up to 17.00 hrs in a sealed envelope superscribed as “Application for Empanelment of suppliers for supply of Issue Department Store items”. Application forms and other details of Tender documents can be downloaded from Bank’s website https://www.rbi.org.in/Scripts/BS_ViewTenders.aspx. These may also be collected from the Issue Department, Reserve Bank of India, Rail Head Complex, Jammu between 10.00 am to 17.00 hrs on all working days up to July 26, 2024. Applications received after 17.00 hrs on July 26, 2024 will not be accepted.
