Extension of Last Date of Submission Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting Reserve Bank of India, Raipur invites e-tender in two parts (Part I – Techno- commercial Bid & Part II – Price Bid) for providing services of Fire Staff at Bank’s Office Building located at Sector-24, Nava Raipur under Annual Service Contract from eligible firms/contractors fulfilling the pre-qualification criteria. The Reserve Bank of India, Raipur Office, currently located at Subhashish Parisar, Mahadev Ghat Road, Sunder Nagar, Raipur (C.G.), 492013 is expected to relocate to a new address at Sector-24, Atal Nagar, Nava Raipur, 492101 in near future. The services under this contract is required to be provided at new office address i.e. Sector 24, Nava Raipur. The services under this Contract will commence when the Reserve Bank of India, Raipur Office relocates to the new address. The Bank shall provide the Supplier with at least seven (7) days' prior written notice of the relocation date. Upon receipt of the written notice, the Supplier shall deploy the fire personnel from the indicated date. The contract will be effective from the date of agreement and initially will be valid up to March 31, 2026 and may be extendable for a maximum of two more years, one year at a time, subject to satisfactory performance, or other periods or parameters as the Bank may decide.
