1. Sealed applications are invited for empanelling Corporate Agents/Firms for taking residential apartments/flats on “Lease/Leave and Licence basis" at Vijayawada, for the employees of the Reserve Bank of India.

2. Applications will be received in the approved format only from those entities (corporate agents/ partnership firms/ proprietorship firms) having:

(i) Valid AP RERA Registration

(ii) Minimum 2 years of experience in the field as on the date of advertisement/Tender Notice

(iii) Applicable valid tax registrations (PAN, GST, TIN etc. as applicable)

(iv) Their own office/establishment at Vijayawada/ Visakhapatnam or any other district in Andhra Pradesh

3. The interested applicants are required to provide the above information on their letter head, duly supported by relevant documents in a sealed envelope superscribed Application for empanelment for taking residential apartments/flats on “Lease/Leave and License basis” – Eligibility Criteria Compliance Documents and addressed to The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, 1st Floor, Andhra Pradesh Regional Office, 6-1-56, Secretariat Road, Saifabad Hyderabad-500 004. Hereinafter, for this tender “The Bank” may be read as “Reserve Bank of India”.

4. Application form as well as the Annexures can be downloaded by eligible applicants from the website www.rbi.org.in from March 22, 2025 to April 15, 2025.

5. The Bank will receive the sealed applications along with signed Annexures, in the manner described above, up to 1100 hrs on April 15, 2025, in the tender box, kept for this purpose, in Reserve Bank of India, 1st Floor, Andhra Pradesh Regional Office, 6-1-56, Secretariat Road, Saifabad, Hyderabad-500 004. Applications received after the due date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances.

6. If any applicant is not found to possess the required eligibility for participating in the empanelment process at any point of time, the Bank reserves the right to reject his application and not to consider his application. The Bank is not bound to assign any reason for doing so.

7. RBI shall prepare a panel of corporate/ firms involved in Real Estate business from the eligible applicants. The panel shall be valid for three (3) years. However, RBI reserves the right to dis-empanel any agent during these 3 years based on performance. The Bank may approach any/all the Corporate Agents/Firms in the panel for future requirements of accommodation. The Bank, however, reserves the right to seek offers from corporate/ firms who are not in the panel also and the existence of such panel will not anyway prohibit the Bank’s right to do so.
