In this connection, a ‘Pre-Bid Meeting’ for the captioned tender was conducted as per schedule at 12:00 Noon on June 24, 2025 in Estate Department, Second Floor, Reserve Bank of India, Patna. In this regard, Minutes of the Meeting is issued as per below details. Kindly inform how to eliminate the floor level mismatch? | It was informed that the floor level of Dining Hall will be different from it`s adjacent passage. Contractor needs to work as per the BOQ of tender document. | | 4. | Kindly define the role of contractor in paneling work in Board Room. | It was clarified that brick work will be done by the Bank and finishing work related to paneling would be done by Contractor.
