Exclusion from the Second Schedule to the Reserve
Bank of India Act, 1934- Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation
We advise that the name of "Sumitomo Mitsui
Banking Corporation" has been excluded from the Second Schedule to the Reserve
Bank of India Act, 1934 with effect from March 19, 2005, i.e. the date on which
the relative notification DBOD.No.IBS.1186/23.13.018/2004-05 dated March 01,
2005 was published in the Gazette of India (Part III - Section 4).
