On a review of current financial conditions and with a view to further improving monetary transmission, it has been decided to conduct additional Long Term Repo Operations (LTROs) for up to a total amount of ₹ 1,00,000 crore at the policy repo rate. 2. The operational guidelines for LTROs as given in the Reserve Bank’s Press Release 2019-2020/1908 dated February 07, 2020 and clarifications issued in this regard vide our Press Release 2019-2020/1945 dated February 13, 2020 will remain same for the current LTRO.
