Reserve Bank of India, Patna (The Bank) intends to prepare a panel of Chemists/Stockists/Suppliers (hereinafter referred to as ‘Chemists’) for Supply of Medicines to the Bank’s dispensaries at Patna, Supply of Medicines on Credit Slips and home delivery of medicines to the beneficiaries within the municipal limits of the city of Patna. The panel is expected to remain operational for a period of three years i.e., July 01, 2024 to March 31, 2027 subject to satisfactory performance of the Chemists.

The Bank invites applications from such chemists who are interested in inclusion of their names in the panel, fulfill the eligibility criteria and agree to abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in the Request for Empanelment (RFE) document. The Request for Empanelment (RFE) document can be obtained from our Office (Medical Section, 1st Floor, Reserve Bank of India, South Gandhi Maidan, Patna – 800 001) from Monday, July 08, 2024, from 10 am to 5 pm (on all working days) or the same can be downloaded from the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in in the “Tenders” Section. The prescribed proforma duly filled in, along with the necessary enclosures, in a sealed cover superscribed “Application for Empanelment of Chemists for Supply of Medicines” should reach the Bank not later than 4 PM on July 29, 2024.

Reserve Bank of India will host the tendering process online for supply of medicines through e-tendering web portal www.mstcecommerce.com.
