Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting In continuation to e-tender no. RBI/Patna Regional Office/HRMD/1/24-25/ET/116[Deployment of Private Security], the following lines / paras are modified and may be read as under: (1) Page No. 47 Evaluation Parameters – Number of Years in Security Services Business as on March 31, 2024, and as per the Client Certificates Provided SI. No. 2 in original tender document to be read as Sl.No.1 (2) Page No. 48 Quality/ Certification-related Marks a1 ISO (Less than 5 Years) to be read as a1 ISO 9001:2015 (Less than 5 Years) a2 ISO (More than 5 Years) to be read as a2 ISO 9001:2015 (More than 5 Years) (3) Following additions have been made in Page No. 48 and 49 Quality/ Certification-related Marks b) Any other quality-related certification (like SA 8000 or OHSAS 1800) (#) (#) RBI shall have the final discretion to accept/ reject with regard to the certificates submitted by the bidders. In case, two or more bidders again have equal marks in the second tie-breaker, then RBI shall award the work to the bidder who has maximum number of contracts executed with RBI/ any other Central Govt. Institution or Organization/ State Govt. Institution or Organization/ Public Sector Banks/ PSUs (subject to minimum continuous service of 1 Year, minimum deployment of 40 security guards in each organization and minimum contract value of Rs 25 lakhs) in the past 5 years as on March 31, 2024. In case of further tie, RBI shall award the work to the bidder with higher total contract value (consolidated) in all contracts (as per the documents submitted in the MSTC portal during Technical Bid Part-1) executed with RBI/ any other Central Govt. Institution or Organization/ State Govt. Institution or Organization/ Public Sector Banks/ PSUs (subject to minimum continuous service of 1 year, minimum deployment of 40 security guards in each organization and minimum contract value of Rs 25 lakhs) in the past 5 years as on March 31, 2024. In case of any further tie, RBI shall have the sole discretion with regard to declaration and selection of the successful bidder. 2.
