The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Hyderabad invites e-Tender (e-TENDER No.: RBI/Hyderabad/Issue/1/24-25/ET/100[Transportation of Coin Bags]) for Supply of fully covered container trucks / vehicles for transportation of coin bags containing coins. The tender consists of two parts, “Part I – Technical Bid” and “Part II – Price Bid”. (Click here for Terms and Conditions and Tender Documents) 2. The e-Tenders are invited from experienced contractors, holding proper and valid license for the purpose, for Supply of fully covered closed trucks/vehicles having metallic body of sufficient thickness, preferably bullet / tamper proof for transportation of coin bags containing coins from RBI Hyderabad Office / India Government Mint, Cherlapally to Currency Chests(CCs) at various locations in the State of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana and to the Outstation RBI Issue Offices and CCs at the carrier’s risk. 3. The detailed information regarding above e-tender/s shall be available at MSTC website https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn. The details of eligibility criteria and the detailed notice inviting tender are also available under the ‘Tenders’ link of website of the Reserve Bank at https://rbi.org.in/Scripts/BS_ViewTenders.aspx. The tendering shall be done only through the e-tendering portal of M/s MSTC Ltd (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprocn). All interested bidders must register themselves with M/s MSTC Ltd through the above-referred website to participate in the e-tendering process and submit their Technical-bid and Price-bid only through the MSTC portal. 4. The last date for submission of online bids is August 16, 2024, up to 02:00 PM and Part-I of the tender will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM. The Part II i.e., price bids will be opened in respect of only those contractors/bidders who satisfy all criteria stipulated in Part-I. 5.
