The queries raised by the participants during the meeting vis-à-vis the clarification given by the Bank are as given below: | Sl. No. | Queries / Proposals | Clarification furnished by RBI Official | | 1 | The agency does not have Balance Sheet for FY 2023-24 as it will be prepared at a later date after the last date of submission of bids ie., July 25, 2024. Can the agency submit any other document in support for his profit during the FY 2023-24? | A provisional balance sheet for FY 2023-24 duly signed by CA may be submitted. However, in such cases the final balance sheet needs to be submitted after the tenderer is awarded the contract, in case of successful bid. | | 2 | Whom should the Banker Certificate sealed in cover be addressed to? | The Banker’s Certificate from a scheduled bank needs to be submitted as per Annexure-III in a sealed cover and should be addressed to Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati. | | 3 | Whether the Client Certificate needs to be obtained from each Client? | Yes the Client Certificate on Client’s letter head needs to be submitted as per Annexure-II for each client of the tenderer. | | 4 | When should the Security Deposit / Bank Guarantee be submitted? | The Security Deposit should be paid before the commencement of the work by the successful bidder either through NEFT or in the form of Bank Guarantee from a scheduled commercial Bank as per the specified format in Annexure-V | | 5 | Should the bid for manpower monthly charges be according to Minimum Wages Act applicable for Guwahati Region? | The manpower monthly charges will be as per Minimum Wages Act (Central Govt.) applicable to Guwahati (i.e., Area B). | | 6 | Do the agency need to bear the cost of toiletry kits that will be provided to the guests. | Bidders may be guided by para 10 of Part I, Section V of the tender document. | 3. The above clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders. Minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of tender. Hence, it shall be signed and submitted along with the tender by the tenderers. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications as mentioned in the tender documents shall continue to remain the same.
