The Pre-bid meeting of the captioned tender, RBI/Bhopal Regional Office/HRMD/1/24-25/ET/113[Supply of Medicines and Drugs] was held on July 23, 2024 at 11:00 am through offline mode at Reserve Bank of India, Bhopal. The meeting was attended by representatives from one firm. The list of officials from RBI, Bhopal and representatives from firm who participated in the meeting is enclosed in the Annexure to this document. The meeting started with a brief introduction of the e-tender by the Manager, CES. Thereafter, following queries were raised by the respective firm, which were clarified by the Bank: | Sr. No. | Query | Clarification by the Bank | | 1. | What is the process of issuing the credit slips. | RBI, Bhopal has two dispensaries situated at Bank’s office building in Arera Hills and residential colony at Char Imli. BMCs (Bank’s Medical Consultant) of the respective dispensaries issues medicines to employees/ retirees and their dependants as per the requirement. Medicine which are not available in stock are issued on credit slips. Employees/ retirees can either take medicines directly from the Chemist or request home delivery. | | 2. | Which type of medicines are generally issued, specific brand or generic? | Both type of medicines are issued on credit slips as per BMC’s prescription. | | 3. | Weather firm can apply from two or more locations. | Location limits have been defined in the tender document available on MSTC and RBI website, interested parties are expected to go through the tender terms and conditions and apply accordingly. | 3.
