The Pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-tender was held on July 22, 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Estate Department, 2nd floor, RBI, Bhubaneswar, to discuss some clauses of the tender and to clarify queries, if any, raised by the interested vendors/ bidders. The meeting was attended by the following persons:

2. Discussions were held among the representatives of the Bank and Vendors, clarifications arrived thereof are tabulated below:

1. Queries raised regarding whether the EMD amount will be paid by all the bidders. The prospective bidder was advised that the EMD amount will be paid only by successful bidder upon intimation as specified in the tender document.
2. Queries raised regarding the documents required at the time of submitting the technical bid. The prospective bidder was advised to refer the Section I (Technical Specification-Electrical Works) of the tender document, wherein, it is mentioned to furnish the particulars of the Electrical contractor license held by him for carrying out the installation work along with particulars of certificates of competency held by his supervisory staff at the time of submitting the technical bid.

3. Further, the vendors were advised to carefully undertake the bidding on the MSTC (version 3) and ensure that it is registered on the MSTC Portal (version 3)/ Website. The vendors were asked to coordinate with MSTC Support Persons and Estate Department Officials if he faces any issue while undertaking the bidding for the captioned e-Tender.

4. All the above-mentioned points were noted and agreed by the representative of the firm:

  1. These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of Bid document/ Agreement.

  2. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the Bid document shall continue to remain same.

  3. The above clarifications are issued for the information for all the intending bidders.

  4. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the Bid document and Amendments/ Clarifications given above.
