Reserve Bank of India invites sealed quotations for the work “Illumination of Office building for Independence Day Celebration at Main Office Building & Amar Building, Fort, Mumbai”, and should be addressed to, The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Office, Main Office Building, Second Floor, Fort, Mumbai.

2. The captioned work is estimated to cost Rs. 8.64 lakh (Rupees Eight Lakh Sixty-Four Thousand only).

3. The period of Illumination will be 03 days i.e., 14.08.2024 to 16.08.2024, but it may prepone or extended for one day than proposed three-day schedule as per instruction by Bank’s Engineer. The said illumination work shall be completed and tested one day before the prescribed period.

4. The quotation in sealed cover shall be submitted / dropped in the tender box kept at the Estate Office, Fort, Mumbai not later than 02:00 PM on August 05, 2024 super scribing “Illumination of Office building for Independence Day Celebration at Main Office Building & Amar Building, Fort, Mumbai”. The quotation shall be submitted in sealed envelope containing proof of EMD (DD/NEFT), all commercial terms and conditions, valid MSE registration certificate in case of EMD exemption and price bid.

5. The tenderers shall pay as Earnest Money a sum of ₹17,280/- (Rupees Seventeen Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Only) through NEFT. The EMD of the successful contractor will be held without any interest till the completion of the work and released along with final bill of payment after satisfactory completion of the contract. The EMDs of non-successful firms will be returned to them after award of contract to successful contractor. The last date of submission EMD is August 05, 2024 until 2:00 PM.

6. The quotation will be opened on The last date of submission EMD is August 05, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. in the presence of suppliers who choose to be present.

8. The rate should be valid for 03 months from the date of opening of sealed quotation. The Contractor shall advise to write the rates in figure and words both.
