Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting - Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (DSITC) of Package type preferably Underground Sewage Treatment Plant, made up of FRP having Capacity of, minimum 15 KLD each (2 Numbers) for Main Office Premises, Reserve Bank of India, Bhubaneswar

The Pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-tender was held on August 01, 2024 at 11:00 AM in the Estate Department, 2nd floor, RBI, Bhubaneswar, to discuss some clauses of the tender and to clarify queries, if any, raised by the interested vendors/ bidders. The meeting was attended by the following persons:

2. Nine representatives from different firms attended the captioned meeting and the following queries have been raised by the vendors on the tender documents.

1. Queries raised regarding posting of operator at the control room of STP. It was suggested to post an operator for three shifts (24*7) instead of posting only during working hours. The posting of the operator at the control room of STP will be as per the terms & conditions specified in the tender.
2. Queries raised regarding daily test of treated water quality. Vendor stated that, daily testing of treated water is not possible. However, only PH test can be conducted. Only PH test needs to be done on daily basis.
3. Queries raised regarding lighting arrangement in STP area. The lighting arrangement during the work execution needs to be done by the vendor.
4. Queries raised regarding incoming power supply with earthing to STP panel. The prospective bidder was advised that, the main power supply cable along with earthing wires up to the Main control Panel only will be in the scope of Bank.
5. Queries raised regarding clarification on phase wise payment of the project. The payment will be made as per terms & conditions of the tender.

3. Further, the vendor was advised to carefully undertake the bidding on the MSTC (version 3) and ensure that it is registered on the MSTC Portal (version 3)/ Website. The vendor was asked to coordinate with MSTC Support Persons and Estate Department Officials if he faces any issue while undertaking the bidding for the captioned e-Tender.

4. All the above-mentioned points were noted and agreed by the representative of the firm:

  1. These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of Bid document/ Agreement.

  2. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the Bid document shall continue to remain same.

  3. The above clarifications are issued for the information for all the intending bidders.

  4. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the Bid document and Amendments/ Clarifications given above.
